With 25 years serving legal teams and their clients, Chip Koons is an accomplished legal technology professional. His experience is broad and deep, running the gamut from digital forensic investigation, to litigation support and all phases of e-discovery. Having been in this space since its inception, Chip has an unsurpassed ability to provide solutions that best meet client’s needs.  He is a licensed private investigator and a Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist (CEDS).

Chip is passionate about helping others grow both professionally and personally so they can be all that God created them to be. He is an active member of Providence Presbyterian Church and has previously served on a number of Boards.  He and his wife Allison have been married for 28 years and have three grown children, one son-in-law, and were recently blessed with a grandson. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys smoking, grilling or baking just about anything on the Big Green Egg.
